Roasted Figs with Coconut Drizzle

- 8 –10 fresh figs halved lengthwise
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon optional
- Pinch of sea salt
Coconut Drizzle:
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of cardamom or turmeric for extra anti-inflammatory benefits
