Coconut Yogurt Parfait with Berries

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds optional
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes or tigernut granola optional topping
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup optional
- Sprinkle of cinnamon optional, for extra anti-inflammatory benefits
In a glass or bowl, add a layer of coconut yogurt.
Spoon in a layer of berries.
Add a sprinkle of chia seeds or flaxseeds, if using.
Repeat with another layer of yogurt and berries.
Top with coconut flakes or granola and a light drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
