Scoop avocado into a food processor or blender. Add carob powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and coconut cream (if using).
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness or texture to your liking.
Spoon into small jars or bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor and texture.
Serve topped with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a dusting of carob powder.
