Avocado Carob Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream optional, for extra fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon or a scoop of collagen

Instructions

  • Scoop avocado into a food processor or blender. Add carob powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and coconut cream (if using).
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or texture to your liking.
  • Spoon into small jars or bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor and texture.
  • Serve topped with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a dusting of carob powder.
